In 2021 North Asia CAPE is working with Young Enterprise and Education New Zealand (in Tokyo) to connect Japanese and New Zealand students and businesses through a shared commercial / sustainability challenge.
Each country will host four to five teams of entrepreneurial students interested in learning more about the shared challenges and synergies of the Japanese and New Zealand markets. Guided by academics and business representatives, the teams will compete domestically and then against one another, and will be tasked with coming up with a product to address a shared market gap and sustainability need.
The Business Challenge will take place in September, and students will be invited to apply in May.
